For Cartridge Printers:

  1. Open the cartridge access door.
  2. Insert cartridges into the correct slots (color & black).
  3. Close the door until it clicks.

For Ink Tank Printers:

  1. Open the ink tank lid.
  2. Carefully pour ink into each tank (color-coded).
  3. Close the lid securely.

Option A: With Installation CD (if provided)

🔹 6. Connecting Your Printer

USB Connection: Plug printer into PC/laptop with the included USB cable.

Wireless (Wi-Fi) Setup:

  1. On the printer screen, go to Settings → Network → Wireless Setup.
  2. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
  3. Confirm connection.
