All orders placed with Proprinterhub are carefully packed and shipped using trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your products. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. If an item is out of stock or requires additional handling time, we will notify you through email or phone. Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Our standard delivery time is between 3–7 business days depending on your location. Major cities usually receive deliveries faster, while remote or rural areas may take longer. Natural calamities, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays may also impact delivery timelines, but we will keep you informed at every step with tracking updates.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order. In some cases, we offer free shipping during promotions or on orders above a certain value. Any additional customs duties or local taxes (for international deliveries) must be borne by the customer.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to check the real-time status of your delivery. Our customer service team is always available to assist you if you face any issues in tracking your order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. However, certain items such as opened ink cartridges, software products, or customized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Returns requested beyond the 7-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item, it will go through a quality inspection process. If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–10 business days to your original mode of payment. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images of the item and packaging. Our team will review the case and arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Failure to report within the stipulated time may result in rejection of the claim.
